These experience grew into a deep awareness of their potential—and a promise to return with the essential resources and tangible support they need to shape the future of their communities.
Now, as Tim embarks on his next journey around the world, you can come along as he returns to fulfill that promise and find and support the next generation of young visionaries in these beautiful, vulnerable communities.

Small Scale Visionary Referral
The Wonderment and All Hands on Deck are activating a worldwide network of scouts and supporters to identify, foster, and fund small scale visionaries in communities around the globe. With the All Hands on Deck focus on small island developing nations, we're eagerly seeking connections to local youth leaders and potential visionaries we can connect with and support through a process that will actualize the vision they have for their community.
