All Hands on Deck is a collective community hub to bring members of the boating community together with local orgs and changemakers to harness their true potential and work together as one to meet the challenges and opportunities facing these unique areas in this moment.
Inspired and led by Captain Tim Forderer and backed by 501c3 platform partner The Wonderment, AHOD is connecting and supporting a generation of authentic resilience in small island nations— inspired by local vision, led by young people and women and supported by a global community of boating partners and contributors.
