Jordan Parkway Restoration

I really like to be outdoors. I find it fascinating that you can discover so many new things in a world that feels never ending. I also have a passion for kids, and I think they're still at the age where they find everything amusing and their minds are still pure. I find them easy and enjoyable to work with. I like to dance too. I think it's a great way to express your emotions and you can express them in so many ways by dancing.

We want to restore the portion of the Jordan River Parkway Trail that's right behind our school, the American International School of Utah. The trail is a wonderful place to take kids and bike across the valley. However, there are patches that have completely lost the magic. Trash, dead trees, yellow grass, and the water gets worse and worse every year. We want to restore the trail and magic along with it.

I love to be outside, play soccer, hike, eat, travel, be with friends and watch movies. Anything, where I am doing something worthwhile, preferably out in the fresh air, is where I am happy. Soccer is one of my biggest passions along with humanitarian work. But on the other hand, as much as I love to be active sometimes you just need a break and that's where a really good movie and some chocolate comes in handy.

Some of my skills would be, soccer, guitar, and childcare. By childcare, I just mean that I am good with kids and love to be with them. I have played guitar off and on for like three years now and I wouldn't say I'm great but I can at least play the basics and a little beyond. And then soccer, which I have been playing since I was 5 or 6.
