Lab 26 is a self-organised, week-long dance intensive set in the south of Spain, created by the second-year BA Dance students at the Institute of the Arts Barcelona. After the success of our last project, the CreArt Festival 2025, this new project is an exciting next step in our growth as artists. Our goal is to raise enough funds to make this experience possible—not only to deepen our training but to grow as a group. Lab 26 will feature masterclasses and collaborations with professional contemporary dancers and choreographers from outside our school, allowing us to broaden our creative perspectives through high-level, immersive training. More than just a dance intensive, Lab 26 is about collaboration, and innovation. It’s a space we are creating ourselves—through hard work, planning, and a strong network—to create something meaningful as a community.
