This week has been very calm, my dad has been giving maintenance to the vans, currently he has about 8 employees, which are my mom, four office people, and 2 drivers, which he uses when there are small trips. Tomorrow or Tuesday there would be another rescue trip with 19 Italians, sadly I cannot attend due to classes but I wish I could, this is profit for the company and my parents, which slowly we will start gaining as the San Jose airport has opened. My dad and I are trying to look for marketing techniques and ideas to attack the San Jose airport, as the Liberia airport that was Ecotrans main objective has still no date to be opened. My dad plans on working him as well taking tourist to come with the most profit so Tuesday he will be a driver. We have came up with the idea of a massive marketing techniques he has spoken about getting Ecotrans as number one on google when looking for shuttles from airports. As well as more professional collaborations with campaigns, hotels, agencies, so they can eventually get more tourists. My dad is confident as he knows when the Liberia airport opens local customers will comeback and they are going to be able to take them home, as through years Ecotrans has gained loyal customers that they will be able to transport to their houses. Hirance at the moment is not an idea but he does use some old employees for jobs and pays them for trip depending on how many tourist he is taking.
