11 Alessandro Challenges

For the past weeks we've been getting more involved with our project since it's due this trimester we have done practices with the ninth graders for them to have a better role in the MUN, we organized and gave a country to every student that's going to participate as well as the committee they decided they wanted to join. We still need to do schedules as well as name tags and give out papers for a better comprehension of their issue. some challenges we've had are giving everyone a country or committee they chose for example, they were people missing in a committee so we changed the language so more people join. It has been a struggle to organized but we have focused and had patience to overcome the amount of stuff we still need to do and the stuff we already did as well. Another challenge is the lessons we had to give the ninth graders as none of them had experience with MUN, so we made slides and teach them the basics and how to have an effective MUN so they may win. This was a difficult task as teaching something to someone with no experience on the theme makes it hard, but Rapha, Emerson, and I did a good job at teaching and help them at least a bit with their understanding.
