First day I decided to do two activities First meditation at 7 am, I decided to do this as It actually relaxes me a lot, I feel like meditating makes me focus through out the day, there wasn’t that much outcome as it was the first day, I did it for 5 minutes and I felt relaxed. Then at 7 pm I exercised as I’ve been doing for a while, this day I only exercised with my dad. I exercise a certain muscle each day and do it for 1 to 1,30 hours. I do have seen an outcome as I balance it with school.
