Second day I did the same routine 7 am meditation and 7 pm exercise, today I did a 15 minute meditation which I see how it helps me concentrate and feel more focus through out the day. I have exercised with my mom and dad today which helps me as having a partner makes it fun for both of us, I am trying to each day increase the amount of minutes of meditation, as its helping me with having a more relaxed mind which helps me focus.
