Today I decided to try meditating before sleeping to see if it helped me sleep. I started at 12:30 as that was the time when I was done with everything for the day. I put on a 20 minute meditation and It really helped because I’m pretty sure I didn’t even get to 5 minutes and I was already asleep. I feel like it has helped me focus as I can meditate for more time and it indicates that I can focus for twenty minutes, so I can do the same with other activities.
