For the last day of the focus training I effectively decided to do both to the max as I did 1 and a half hours of exercise which was very tough and exhausting, I do it as a stress relief from all the work as it distracts me. After that I did my last meditation that probably I would continue doing which I did 30 minutes again before sleeping as I have stated before it helps me sleep, I have enjoyed it and it has certainly help me with my focus, this new training are useful for different people that have problems focusing like I do and it eventually helped me.
