This first week getting ready and starting to notice all the skills I need to apply showed me how many tools and different skills that many people don’t have that really helped me for example my ability to speak to people how I don’t have a problem going to a very important person or a very serious situation and speaking in a very fluent way. I also learned to be a risk taker as I take decisions that can either go well or badly but most of the cases it makes me see what I have to improve on or if it was a success. I consider myself a person with a good image, I am very kind and try my best for everyone to like me so I can work with anyone.

My process of applying to a job as well as hiring has change as there are many steps I didn’t had in mind, this project helps me get ready and understand everything to the fullest and get me ready for future situations with businesses. This demonstrates that this tools are important as they can see you are trying and are interested in getting the job. Any bonuses are ideal as they demonstrate more of the person and their ability to work, their skills, tools, and their overall interest in the job. For example we can see as well how to differentiate ourselves from others and have a higher chance of having the job. Human resource managers can plan a decrease or decrease on hiring by seeing the different people that apply and see how many people are needed for the job or if there’s too many people in the job, he sees what’s needed to benefit the company. Different people can do the job by themselves which is beneficial for the time of hiring in the company, which in our case lets us understand advantages we can have on other people.
