This week went well as I could speak with my dad (Ecotrans owner) about the skills he appreciates and what are his future plans. I really enjoyed it as I have appreciated my dad’s passion and how hardworking he is to make his children have a better future. I decided to interview him and ask him questions that he wasn’t expecting, which he answered very well. I have really enjoyed this project as I have got to know the different skills my dad appreciates in his employees as well as the quality he tries to give with his work. I understood better what the company is going through and how it’s going to be difficult to surpass this but with different techniques it can be possible. I have talked with him and on Sunday we are going to take 47 Italians In 6 buses to the Alajuela airport, this Italians are taking a rescue flight to their country due to the corona virus which is important to the company during this time of pandemics. I am happily going to go with him to make company as well as help with the whole transportation of them.
This week I’ve been happy with the results as I’ve learned different techniques with the videos as well as with my dad which has help me with all this project and integrate me into his job which I’ve enjoyed.
