First off, this week has been pretty challenging. I am having a difficult time learning how to manage my time while planning upcoming activities. after convincing myself I could wait until the last minute to work on aspects of my work for Mr. Kyle, I found myself waiting pretty much until the last minute to communicate with him. This is something I need to improve on because I can’t continue working like this.
Moving on, the things that reward me are grades, congratulations from family/friends and not letting myself down when I succeed. I think I am a person that lacks motivation a lot so I think I should look for more rewards as a better motivator.
