Yes this did change my understanding because at first I knew this process from the person being interviewed but so far through this project I learned about it from the perspective of someone from HR.

The company uses these tools to better identify the correct candidates because the cover letter and the interview give the people hiring a taste of what the person can contribute and also in the cover letter they can see the level of interest, professionalism, and personality of the applicant.
How can a human resource manager successfully plan for increases in hiring or decreases?
A Human Resources manager can use this to successfully plan for increases or decreases because they can use these tools to calculate the amount of workers needed for a project, which workers aren’t necessary or if an external firm needs to be hired for consultation or the restructuring of a business.
