11 Emerson HR Reflection 2

This week I have learned personally that I need to plan my time out better and take this project with more seriousness. I have learned that I have massive room for improvement in my time management skills and a few ways I’m trying to grow is by writing down reminders and making a checklist, when I do this it does help somewhat. During this weeks assignments I learned how to better understand my audience and where they are coming from with the soft skills assignment because now I now they are experiencing some sort of confusion here and there and that is where I come in to plan and fulfill and activity to effectively maximize their leaning and comprehension,
