What did you take away from reflecting on your own personal color style and that of others in the group? 

I learned that my color (orange) and all the colors for that matter are all very unique. I learned that my color is very different from the others in which i am very active and energetic while other groups and colors focus on other qualities such as organization, thinking, or listening 

What observations can you make about the type of personal styles that we have as a group? 

One observation that I made is that when all the colors work together that is when we will most likely accomplish a task with the best outcome, it takes all skills to complete a task so if you are lacking in one area then someone else will fill that gap and that’s when you see the best results.

Is there a complementary color to yours? Explain which one and why. 

There is in fact a good complementary color to mine which is gold. Gold is basically the opposite to orange so everything I am lacking can be done well by a gold member.

What are ways we can take this information into our work in class or in our CAS projects to work collaboratively in positive ways?

I can use this knowledge in CAS if I work with someone that I am highly compatible with then we will get more done, efficiently and effectively.
