12 Alessandro Activity reflection
During this break I decided to exercise to increase my muscle mass as well as change how I look, as I have always been skinny. I decided to focus on exercising at least 4 times a week, all focused in increasing my muscle mass. I have only gained about 3 kg which is a good amount as I have a high metabolism. I train with the rutines my dad gives me or creating my own routine through Youtube videos as I have seen a lot of them to understand how to gain volume and how to target a certain muscle, which I train one day upper body, then lower body, cardio and abs, and legs again. I am proud of the slow but visible improvement and change I am having with my body. I am happy as I have over the average 17 year old weight which is 64 kg which I was before now I am around 67-69 depending on what I eat which I have also change many of the foods I ate to improve the results, trying to eat healthy, also eating more calories, and protein which allows me to grow in a healthy way.
