12 Emerson Action Entry
During this vacation I was extremely lazy and whenever I did something physically requiring, I felt extremely out of shape, so I started working out about 2 weeks ago. In order to work out effectively, I had to create a plan which included which exercises I was going to do and how many reps of each. I also planned my workouts by watching videos on how to practice for the US Marines Physical Performance Test (PFT) because that is going to be a part of my future and I would like to be ready for it. This also relates to an issue of global importance which is health, I was extremely unhealthy for most of vacation and I could feel it, so instead of keeping bad habits I switched up my routines to be more active and be healthier.
