4 weeks into CAS

After 2 weeks of having CAS clubs in person, it is a completely different experience than what I was doing last year online. Working with a group in person especially for the investment club (as we now know what we are doing) the collaborative dynamic is much different. Firstly planning and execution are very different, I will plan to get a lot done, and then we don't get anywhere near what I wanted to get done. I have lived what many teachers have complained about for years and what I think maybe a difficult roadblock in the future is that I will have to give homework and I don't know how well some people may receive it. Although most of the differences between online and in-person clubs are much better as the interaction between my pupils is much easier and communication can be clearer. Overall these past few weeks have been different but have been great as my project is finally coming into form. I am able to truly reach many of the goals of my project.
