7 LEARNING OUTCOMES

How does it feel to be wrapping up your projects? Considering I am just starting my next C.A.S project I am not really thinking about wrapping up my project at the moment. I am hoping that this new project will be one that will make a difference for students at La Paz who have reading difficulties and struggle to understand, therefore I hope that when I am done with this project someone else takes it so we can keep bettering our community and helping the students who need it most. What are you going to be remembered at La Paz when you leave? Will you be remembered for the CAS project? If so, what will people say? I feel as if I will be remembered at La Paz as a bold student, someone who was outgoing and stubborn. To say the least, this is what I believe people will remember, I really have no idea what people will actually remember me for. I do think that people in our community will remember me for my Proyecto Vida de Mujer project because of the large impact it had and continues to have in our community. I also believe that me being the first student to ever represent this project also influences why I will be remembered as the student to start this project. I hope that people will speak about the magnitude of this project and recognize the hard work and dedication that goes into it. As for my other project I hope that I will also be remembered for creating these audiobooks to help children at school who struggle with dyslexia and reading difficulties and that people will speak about how much it helped students who needed this extra push or help so that they can be the best student possible. How will you use this in your future life? I believe that I will use C.A.S in my future because it has taught me so much, whether that be communication, leadership or organization it has all betterd me. I will be able to use the communications skills that I have learnt to manage what I say, handle complicated communication situations and to demonstrate to future co workers my excellent communication skills. I will use my leadership in the future in case I ever organize events, whether it be as small as my brothers birthday party or a school event I have no doubt that C.A.S has set me up in a position to successfully be able to do this. How will you talk about this project in interviews for future jobs or colleges? I will speak about this project as a learning tool and something that I used to gain skills and experience. I can speak about how my C.A.S projects taught me commitment, dedication, passion, communication and leadership, I will be able to mention that I can bring all these qualities to my future university and job. How did I motivate myself? I motivated myself in my past project through the impact of my work and the project itself while in my new project I am motivating myself through a personal connection. Knowing that my project will benefit my brothers who have dyslexia motivates me to make sure that I will give this project my all.
