Activity Vacation Journal Entry

Take a 30 day physical activity challenge (with or without an App)  Over the course of the break I challenged myself to not only stay in shape but also grow in muscle mass. At first I believed it would be impossible as I was used to having a trainer and full equipment and throughout quarantine I only had two dumbells. In order to challenge and push myself I used the "Nike Training Center" app alongside my dumbells. My goal over the 25-ish day break to workout at least once a day and to rack up a total of 500 or more minutes through all the break. I can safely say that did my goal and much more.
