Amanda- Journal Entry Uncertainty March 15 2020

Uncertainty plays a major role in this project. There are many variables we can't handle such as not being able to travel outside of the country at all for example if Costa Rica closes its borders or Perú does. The probability of that happening is still unknown, however, at the rate of the spreading of the coronavirus in Costa Rica it doesn't sound impossible for the government to close the borders. If we are still able to travel there are other variables such as weather being too rainy making us stay inside the cabins we are staying at. If this were to happen Cindy and I will need to have quick thinking skills and take the role of communicators explaining that other bellow roof activities will be done. With the help of René, who is a local, we will have a solution for any possible variables that may happen in Cuzco. To make the uncertainties as minor as possible I will have to make sure I'm putting my 100% on keeping everyone on track, not losing anyone at the airport, know exactly in which gate is the stopover and not miss the flight. I will do this by having a small pocket size notebook in which I will have all the information we need such as the hotel’s address and phone numbers as well as the number of the flights and the hours.
