Amanda- Remote Learning Human Resource Project Reflection April 25th 2020

If I had a day to help someone/something I would… help them understand something that makes me passionate. For example, when I help someone understand the symbolism behind movies or books. 

I was most proud of myself when I… when I accomplish projects or achievements I thought in the past I couldn’t do. I like proving myself and when I think I cant do something and I end up doing it.

Strengths 

• Communication skills, this will allow me to have clear communication with the person I’m doing the activity with as well as the people to who I am giving it too.
• Patience, this will help me give a better lesson plan and understand the students better if they are having technological problems.
• Organization, this skill will help to have everything prepared for the class and have different options ready if one of them doesn’t work.
• Leadership, this skill will help maintain the class organized while I’m trying to communicate to the students, especially given the fact I already have experience with leading activities.
