Amanda- Remote Learning Human Resource Project Reflection May 13th 2020

I could tell I have gotten used to this quarantine life since this week passed by so quickly. I feel like just yesterday I was writing my first reflection and now I’m on my third day. Now that I know my mind got used to working at home, I need to make my body to get to that point as well. That’s why I decided to do the sixth activity of the article which is exercising your body. For this, I took the last block of snack/movement to do a quick work out. I don’t know how to do workouts by myself so I did it with the help of an app that tells me what to do and tells me at the ned of many calories I burnt. I did abdominals and core exercises in which I burnt 188.1 calories. However, I was still very curious to see if what other exercises I could do and I ended up finding one that exercised your face muscles in order to slim it down. It was funky yet entertaining to do them. Surprisingly, the work out completely lifted up my mood because after I showered and got ready for bachi I felt my mood change towards more positive and my body relaxed.
