Amanda- Remote Learning Human Resource Project Reflection May 14th 2020

Last night I slept better than I have in the past few months. I figured it was because of the work out I did in the early afternoon. For this reason, I decided to work out again but this time in the morning. I was able to finish earlier my work for biology so with the time I had left I exercised focusing on my legs and gluteos. I felt great doing the exercise, however, after I finished I started feeling a little bit dizzy. I got better after I ate breakfast because I like exercising before eating a meal. This made me focus better on my work when I showered and got ready to work on my assignments for today. My body feels less tense making me focus on my work easier.
