Amanda- Remote Learning Human Resource Project Reflection May 15th 2020

Since the exercises have been helping me not only physically but also mentally, I decided to continue exercising every day. Today will be my third day in a row of exercising during this quarantine era. As I was deciding what to do for today’s physical activity, I was thorn between Tabata, which Ms.Kerry taught us a few years back, and a squat challenge. I remember the whole point of the movement block was to allows the students to get off their desks and move their bodies. I went to look at the movement/art ideas coach Paola and Miss. Cat made for us and I saw the squat challenge for the movement mood board with ideas. I taught this was a great idea to follow and went to look at different squat challenges to do since there are so many. Once I found a squat challenge that fitted me best I went on and started. This exercise was exactly what I needed since I had a Spanish class after that break so when I finished the exercise and showered I was ready for class. I was able to concentrate on the class and be part of the conversation about the Spanish civil war.
