Amanda- Remote Learning Human Resource Project Reflection May 18th 2020

Today was the first day with the new schedule but for some reason, I felt just as tired as I did before the change. After spending the morning studying for the bachi exams I was feeling a little tired but I sucked it up and continued to work on the other class assignments I had for that afternoon. After the class with Dorian finished at 4 pm, I decided to take a break. I know myself, and taking that break would mean I would scroll down my phone for hours until I felt guilty enough to go back to work since I spent so much time lazing around. Instead of continuing with that time-consuming activity, I decided to do a quick cardio work out. I didn’t want to do the same routine based work out and decided to learn a choreography instead. I decided to follow a video tutorial for the choreography of the Wannabe dance from the girl group Itzy. After practicing several times, I was able to learn from the intro all the way to the chorus. This motivated me to continue working after I took a shower because it reminded me if one of the things I love the most, music.
