After following the same routine as usual that is studying in the morning, going to class in the afternoons and having a longer break after I realized that I should start changing things around in order to keep myself sane this quarantine. Having prolonged breaks after school hours end makes me want to work on my assignments even less. This made me realize that this bad habit of mine is what takes away the motivation I desperately need right now. For this reason, I wanted to mix two different types of concentration exercises which were working out and meditation. First I did a fast cardio work out with jumping jacks and knee-high jumps. Then I did a breathing exercise that would stabilize my body again so I could be able to do the next activity correctly. After I started feeling my heartbeat at its normal rate I sat down in the grown and put a meditation video with a narrator for 15 minutes. After the workout and the meditation, I felt my energy slowly come back to me again. This help me stay focused to work on my homework and study for the exams since my body relieved that built up energy that sitting in a desk all day creates.
