Today was a rollercoaster of emotions since we were notified that the bachi exams were suspended. I spent the morning studying, feeling guilty because eI felt like I wasn’t studying enough and I had a week to go over so many topics we haven’t seen in class. It’s once that I decided to take a small break and check my phone when I saw the email about the suspension of the exams. After all of this, I didn’t know how to feel, so I decided to let out this stress through some exercise. I did an abdomen centralized workout after the school hours ended so I could relieve that stress and negative thoughts away. After this exercise, I started to feel my body ease up which allowed to work on my extended essay for some time and get a head start. Exercise is what makes my body feel less tense and help me concentrate once I am ready to work again.
