Throughout the day I felt more tired than usual. I figured that since it was Friday, my body started to feel tired from the assignments and work I have completed that week. That morning I worked on my T.O.K presentation since I had a meeting with Mr. Abel that morning to discuss what real-life situation I was going to focus on. At around 12 pm my head started to hurt and my brain felt completely fried. That made me realize I needed to drink water to lower my headache and meditate in order to have enough energy to focus on my afternoon classes. I followed a 20 minute guided meditation that made me feel more concentrated within myself. After that meditation, I was able to maintain a good posture throughout the afternoon and keep concentrated with class.
