Building my team

Sebas was the founder of the project and Mayan was helping him, then they passed the project on to me. Felipe is my partner and he’s supposed to help me with whatever task we are doing in the project. The way we have all stayed motivated is that we are accountable for our work so if we don’t do it we can get a bad grade in class and little punishments like this, but in the long-term we are motivated to help the planet which is our bigger goal. It’s more of a personal motivation that keeps us going that we will be disappointed in ourselves if we don’t do our job for helping the planet.
