Building my team

When working on a project of this magnitude it is important to have  a strong team. I had my mother who has done the project in the past and helped direct me in the correct direction. I had my CAS teacher Amy who helped me stay on task. I had CELIA’s organization who helped me identify who I needed help. Lastly I had the person who I wouldn’t have been able to do it without, Lindsey. She was a volunteer from CEPIA who organized, marketed, and was overall an amazing person who helped propel the project forward. In order to keep these people motivated we remind ourselves of what it is we were trying to accomplish. THe project was helping hundreds of kids. We were he;ping to provide them with happiness. This was your motivation.
