Business Plan

We created a business plan this week.

The way that we did it was to identify our project and the reasons behind why we were doing it.

Then thought about the marketing, logistics, human resources, and the budget.

We each had time to fill out the papers above and we were quiet while we were doing it. But then it became a little crazy with too much talking and interjecting other stories.

It was successful because we had a good time and finalized the plan. Nate added everything to our document and we have a way forward.

In the upcoming week, we are going to work on having meetings that are more efficient and productive. We still want to have fun but we are going to work on being more professional.

We are also going to write our mission statement. And then decide on a plan for the upcoming events - when do we want to have them - do we need to do a fundraiser - and so how to move forward. (Budget, interviews for next week or gantt chart.)
