CAS; Journal Entry Show and Tell
What do you have to show for your projects?
My project is going very well, my entire team is working extremely efficiently within the needed aspects of making this project successful. We have divided the work into factors that suit our strengths, so we don’t need to worry if the job will be done in a mediocre way. I know and have seen the progress every week on how my project is moving forward and I am so happy the direction of my project is going well.
Give some proof of work on your project. Show the progression of your project.
During the first couple of meetings we had with the entire STAFF, we wanted to make renovations within the area the event will be at. So, my team and I came together and got donations such as: Chairs, tables, and a plastic tienda. These are supplies that are extremely crucial for the event, since they are key components of comfort and enjoyment in order for our players to stay satisfied and motivated at the same time.
And what are you proud of? Show it and tell me why.
I’m proud of working towards a common goal without any severe complications throughout the process of creating this project. The only aspect that might turn into a challenge is the weather on the day of the event. If it rains, we have to cancel and postpone it, which is the worst case scenario.
What could have been done better? Talk about that and talk about how you can change your tactics in future.
The communication between myself and the videographer should have been efficiently managed earlier on within the project, since we had some miscommunication about the filming process if the event. We can change this for future benefits by organizing individual meetings every other week, with my STAFF to catch up on new changes or challenges that come our way.
