How have you used your strengths to emotionally support those you train?
I believe that I give great energy. When training and helping others its important to be positive and optimistic towards the goals of others. I feel like I show this with my energy. When working out I always try to give 100% not just to my training but to also getting others on track. Whether its giving motivation correcting forms or just pushing someone to work harder.
For example the other day one of my teammates was tired and clearly didn’t want to lift. I was able to push them and remind them of there goals. Once they started lifting I was able to set the tone and bring the energy of the workout up. Making him keep up with me and having a great workout.
