Where are you in the process and how do you feel about your work. What are you proud of? Why?

I haven’t worked too much on this project for the past two weeks but I have found a solid video editor, screen recorder for my computer specifically, and have made a chronological list of how my video will playout and then made a document for checking off each part of the video I have completed, including all the statistics to each small video incorporated in the final product.

I am proud of the fact that I have been able to keep this project on my mind without thinking about it because it reminds me how passionate I am about the subject and also keeps me thinking of new ideas randomly to add to the project.

What could you work on this week that will move your project forward? Are you maintaining your timeline? If so, how?

I am maintaining my timeline by constantly changing my work on the video into something better than what it was before so that I always find what I am working on interesting. My mindset is, “if I’m getting bored of it, make it better”. Find a song that suits my stitch of videos, and figure out what my final dessert will be and on top of that, make a design for that part of the video.

If not, what can you do to maintain a good pace for your project?

I can use my time on Monday and Wednesday more effectively by creating a well thought out schedule for those days the morning or day before.

What is the best thing about what you are building, making, learning and why?

I think the technology aspect of it is good (researching skills, video technology, how to present your work in an interesting engaging way, creating a fun learning space for viewers, etc.) and actually figuring out how to manage my time in the most efficient way (following people I think make good quality videos so I can get advice from them, planning before searching so I don’t waste time, and as I move through the project, becoming good at adapting to placing pieces of the puzzle together in whatever way it comes out and be fine with it, and then in the end making smart changes to perfect it for everyone.
