Today is Valentine’s Day. One of my favorite times of the year because I am a person that is always demonstrating love and affection to others. My friends and I decided to make candy grams to sell at school in order to collect money for our CAS projects. We made different packages that people were able to buy.
One package was a bag of candy and a card, another one was a rose and a cookie and the other was a bag of candy, a card, and a heart shaped balloon. We sold a lot of packages, however, something in the math with the prices and the cost of production did not match. We barely made any profit out of it. And it also took us 3 days with hardly any sleep to make all the packages that people ordered. It was a nice thing to do, a good experience, nonetheless, I don’t think I’ll ever do it again. It Was too much work and I was too stressed. I rather just receive the candy and not give the candy away. Next year I’ll just let someone else do it, and maybe help them with the packaging because I know how hard it is.
