Final Presentation notes.

– Your project and your essential question

Making a musical song, EQ: How can I compose my own original, instrumental song on the guitar that could be classified as “chill”? How can I successfully record and publish the song on music apps or social media music platforms?

– Why you chose this project

Because I really like making music, I enjoy playing the guitar and coming up with my own ideas, I also like the process pf putting all my ideas together in a recorded audio to create a song, I always get a lot of knowledge form these type of experiences.

– Your final goal or vision – and whether or not it is the same or different from the final product you are presenting today

A recorded song, the only thing that changed from my vision was that I thought it would be a little longer.

– Any obstacles you encountered and how you overcame those obstacles (PROCESS)

finding the beat I wanted and what type of instruments I wanted to add-also which sounds, finding a second melody, making sure everything went well together. When for a whole music class I couldn’t get any good recording from my guitar, and I didn’t advance much. How I overcame all of these obstacles was by trying harder an getting more focus into the work, being more positive and practicing more.

– Successes you encountered and felt proud of along the way (PROCESS)

I felt happy/proud when I finally got a good recording that I was satisfied with, when I came up with good ideas for the song (chords) when I had most of the song recorded, when I finished recording everything with my guitar, when in the first try I got a good recording.

– Your feelings about your project

Happiness, proud of my work, thankful for all the help I had from my music teacher, grateful for everything I learned from this experience.

– Next steps beyond LEEP class for your project in terms of application in the real world

Getting my rights as a music composer for my songs, posting my songs in the media, by using an app or website, try making more songs, and adding lyrics to them.
