First obstacles

My first obstacle was figuring out a concrete plan. I had many options and ideas for what to do with my project, especially in the beginning, but I was asking myself, what should I do? Fortunately, Connect Ocean and other local companies and individuals organized a local committee in Potrero, and invited me to participate and plan a clean-up. My project was able to provide ideas and work with Connect Ocean to organize this first clean-up. This was another challenge. It was a challenge for me as a shy person to suddenly start collaborating with a lot of people, most of which I did not know. This was a challenge at the beginning, but also improved this weakness, and made me a better collaborator and communicator.
