Fishbone Diagram
My project is not one that I control. I am a volunteer. I help in order to ensure the project is successful, however I do not have a lot of power. During my time that I have been volunteering for one of the main issues I have identified and the organization has identified is that we are not able to help as many women as we want. Above you can see a fishbone diagram I conducted in order to try and find the root cause of this issue. Once going over management, materials, manpower , I discovered that the majority of the issues went back to management. Although the management is great and doing the es to their ability there are some flaws. The one that I bleve is the root cause of our problem is both communication flaws and the weak delegation. Both of these things have gone to affect the manpower which in turn makes it nearly impossible to effectively market the campaign. In order to fix this problem we need to speak to management (Geneva) and try and find ways in which we can market more effectively and spread out the work in a way where people are working on things they are good at. Hopefully this will be a form of a wakeup call in which we can as a group work to make this campaign more effective and successful.
