Flamingo basketball Club Log 2 T2

This week for my project we discovered that the payment method was confusing and very inconsistent so Jojo and I have created a monthly plan for our basketball club that will be 45$ a month rather than 7$ a class. We feel that this payment method will be easier to follow and a lot less confusing for our customers. We decided on 45$ a month because previously 7$ a class would add up to around 60$ but some kids were only paying 4$ a class while others were paying full price and it just wasn’t a great system so we decided that 45$ a month should be a good price. All parents were onboard with the idea for the middle school team but we have been not come up with a solid payment method for the little kids because not all the kids are fully committed and we feel that if we threw a monthly plan on them now then it wouldn’t go so well. Overall I think that finding a new payment method and solving this issue now is a very good thing because as we grow we would like to be more and more professional.
