Focus Journal Entry

During one of our business classes, we had an assignment where we had to choose an activity to help us focus. The one I chose was exercising your body. “Not only can you compare exercising your mind to exercising your body, doing the doing either one directly benefits the former.”

Researchers have found that students who engaged in moderate physical exercise before taking a test that measured attention spans performed better than students who didn’t exercise. I find this interesting, and I also think this activity will help me the best because I like physical activity, so while doing something I enjoy and receiving all sorts of benefits seems like killing two birds with one stone.
