Gratitude _ Grace Herman

March 2nd, 2020 Reflect on the people that have helped you succeed this trimester and year. What have you done that really made you proud. How did you get there and who helped you? This trimester has been a turning point in CAS for me. I started a new project, my theater project, and Terraza has moved out of the space. First, I’m proud of my self for starting my theater project. I’m proud that I took the innovative to make my CAS experience more positive and to make it something I’m more passionate about. A person that has been very helpful it getting to that point is the theater teacher I had when I was in the states, Ms. Constable. At the beginning of the trimester I was struggling to find scripts to use for my project. I wrote her asking for help and she took the time to find two different scripts for me. I’m not using them for this run but I plan on using one of them next trimester. Secondly, Terraza has been struggling this trimester to stay above water and it’s been really hard. I’m not really proud of anything we’ve done cause we have been slowly dropping the ball but I am thankful for my mentor Ashley. She has been here struggling along with us. I know it has been hard for her but she is continuing to look for ways to move forward and it is inspiring. Thanks for reading, Grace
