• Sept 22: Fly Wilderness Safaris small plane Maun to Vumbura airstrip Okavango Delta
• Sept 22: Open Safari vehicle drive Vumbura airstrip to Bushman Plains Camp

Sept 22 - Sept 27 at Bushman Plains Camp

• Informal talks and discussion of Mowana/elephant interactions, conservation approaches, conservation education for local children in rural school
• Safari vehicle/makoro trips to visit Mowanas
• Helicopter trip via Helicopter Horizons R44 to Gunotsoga Primary School for 3 hour visit
• Open Safari vehicle game drives

Sept 27 return to Cape Town:

• Open Safari vehicle drive to Vumbura airstrip
• Wilderness Safaris small plane to Maun
• Self book return Airlink flight Maun to Cape Town

Sept 27 and Sept 28 in Cape Town:

• Self book 2 nights accommodation in Cape Town

Sept 29 Depart for Karoo

• Morning pick up in Toyota Ventura 4x4 for approx 5 hr drive to Franci's Farm. Jenny Cullinan driving.

Sept 29 to Oct 3 at Bloukrans Klein Bewarea Farm Karoo

• Daily hikes Sept 30-Oct 2
  • sitting quietly, observing wild bee nests
  • observing intricacies of bee/bee and bee/flower interactions
• Daily informal talks and discussions with Jenny about the wild landscape, the San ancestry of the region, wild bee conservation needs

Oct 3 return to Cape Town via Toyota Ventura 4x4 vehicle

• Oct 3 Self book accommodation in Cape Town
• Oct 4 stay on in Cape Town or depart to home as preferred.
