Today I had two different meetings. 1 was with a local doctor that will be collaborating the day of the event, and the other one was with the photographer. Because this is going to be a big event, and because It has become more than just a CAS project to me, I wanted someone to record and take good pictures of the event. Which is why I connected my personal photographer. She was more than welcome to help me with the project and donated all the production of the event. 

With the doctor I was able to understand how the system works here in the area where I live. He told me I need special permissions from the municipality in order to make such a big event and especially if it was health related. Now there’s another thing to add to the TO-DO list. Now I need to go to Santa Cruz and ask for permissions and see if they will let me do the event. I won’t stop organizing the event but I really hope they’ll let me do it because I am working very hard for it to happen.
