January 9 2022, CAS Video outline

Why does the story of your CAS project need to be told? Our CAS project is meant to bring performing arts back to the community especially in times of covid. It is important for our community to know this project is happening for them to get involved with supporting the performing arts and appreciating dance while funding their local dance studio. EMOTION To bring emotion to our video we are going to show clips of lockdown during covid and an empty studio/stage showing the sadness and emptiness of not having the arts in our lives. VISUAL APPEAL For visual appeal we are going to make something visually interesting and dynamic with different types of shots and transitions. ACTION AND MOVEMENT There will be action and movement in the clips of our dances and dancers in our studio. n AUDIO For audio we have not planned which song we are going to use specifically but in the beginning we will have dramatic beats and when it transitions to the clips of after lockdown we will have a more upbeat soundtrack. Additionally for the interviews we will use a microphone to get the best audio possible. EVENTS AND MOMENTS The events would be covid and us back at the dance studio bringing the arts back to the community. CHARACTERS The characters will be us helping our dance studio and community. NEWSWORTHINESS It will be newsworthy as it is advertising something we all went through and still are going through now with the new covid variant. SETTINGS AND LOCATION The locations will be dance studios but we were also thinking of using clips of other places in the world on lockdown to show that this issue does not only apply to our community but the world.
