Journal entry #3

During these days, as evidence, I have received the list of students with academic excellence from the Colegio de Villarreal. Without a doubt it was something that we also hope for, this one we already chose someone, mainly we only chose a girl because the coronavirus can play a trick on us, we also think that choosing only one girl makes it a little easier for us, since when we are there for this one also during these days I have found a way how I can contact the girl from that school, but I still don’t want to put her as hopes since we don’t know if we are going to do it. So I hope this turns out very well for us, in which we can create good communication with her so that later we can talk with her parents about all the details that this trip entails, I also made a document several days ago of the activities that we are going to be doing, also there is a new member that is Stephannie and she will be making part of my group and also she can help us in many ways. From that, I have also been looking for a way in which to make my timeline a bit correct since all of me like a huge twist so I was working on that part also been working in the part of the things in which we are going to spend money as an inventory of everything we are going to do to be able to keep in mind how much money we occupy. 

Also, I have been talking with Stephannie about all the ideas to be able to create a good relationship with the Colegio of Villarreal in this case we are thinking of creating a whole list of what we need to do to be able to succeed in this area. So to succeed in this area and to be able to communicate with them is to create a plan,  and create a way that they could answer us, but the thing is that they are doing online school and they have plenty of work to do and I feel like that in many cases they don’t check their email that much cuz they are not used to it and also that we can send them like a lot of questions and probably they could answer us so that’s a good thing.

I have the phone number of the IB coordinator and I have the email of the Colegio of Villareal.
