Internal: Ms Amy, Steph, Ashley (me), My Stepdad Ashley , Ana Steph’s mom, Alberto, and 11th grade Class External: Families of brasilito, Teachers, Members of our school, and Tatiana Stakeholder Map On your list of stakeholders - who has the most power or influence? Internal: The most power: Ashley, Steph, and Ms Amy Low power: 11th grade class, Ashley’s Stepdad, Ana Steph’s Mom, Alberto External: High power: families of brasilito, teachers, members of school Low power: Tatiana Communication Plan: Communicate with the people that are helping us, talk to Ms Amy once a week to show evidence of what we have been doing, presenting aims and objectives of the whole project, approach for a long term, having goals and deciding what we want from each stakeholder.
