During these months that have passed, we have had many ups and downs, in a way in which we have had to change our project to something more local and for the benefit of our community. we are going to carry out a family of a single mother with three children and we will be giving her food on Tuesday, May 18 and we will also be trying to give her a better quality of life in the workplace and personal aspect with her children. We have also been making sales within the school to raise funds. We have been quite active in taking the initiative to carry out any type of activity to raise the necessary funds to buy the necessary food material.
Also, we have been working on creating some nearby ideas SUCH AS THE PIÑATA PARTY which is a contest that people in our community can help us donating food, cleaning supplies, and clothes and the class that has more supplies they will be getting a party.
Even though we did not have the opportunity to do our Boston project we have found an amazing idea just up with this community that has been ignored by the money to buy the other and everyone so this is a help that this people will really appreciate even though there is a hard situation going on.
The skills and challenges that we have faced since we had to change our project would be to get a “no” for an answer and I understand that we have been trying to be risk-takers and as a team, Steph and I have come to a good place where we already have is. Something incredible that is helping a Brasilito family since it feels good because you are adding a little sand to see your community grow and this is a contribution that is something that no one will ever forget.
