About the exercise:
so this week I committed to exercise during the morning or the afternoon. This has been an amazing journey because I have had the opportunity to clear my mind and stay calm even though I was feeling stressed about everything that we had to do and the emotions of being at home are pretty hard, since I have to stay focused and be able to finish every task in time. I believe that doing exercise made my mind more clear about the objectives that I wanted to get done during the few days and also I felt that I was doing a good job since I started working out at my house and it just took me less than an hour to be able to do some exercise or do some yoga or any kind of sport.
