Journal entry “Momentum”

Momentum.

  1. Get a mentor who is two steps ahead of you.

Getting a mentor can be very useful because there are parts in my project that can become very difficult and I can get lost, a mentor would be there to guide me and succeed.

2.  Schedule every minute of your day (even your downtime).

This tool is very hard to stay motivated and structured, this will help me organize my day and be more successful, scheduling my day can make me realize the amount of free time I have and how to use it wisely.

3.  Develop and grow by 1 percent each day.

Developing 1% each day is very important because it’s a way to stay motivated and keeping the project going, small steps create big things. Even the smallest of changes every day can have significant changes in your projects.

So what are your plans for finding a mentor? Who are some ideas? Why don’t you show me your schedules that you make for your days in the upcoming weeks. How will you work on this project now that we are back in school?
